Oggi abbiamo preparato una merenda sana e veloce perfetta da fare insieme ai piccoli di casa!

La soddisfazione che ho avuto vedendo la felicità di Aurora cimentarsi in questa esperienza dei pop-corn fatti in casa è andata ben oltre le mie aspettative.

Era davvero entusiasta! E se li è mangiati con gusto e soddisfazione.
E’ stato bellissimo vedere la sua faccia gioiosa quando scoppiettavano nella pentola e la sua trepidazione nel volerli subito assaggiare. Continuava a ripetere che erano buonissimi e..a mangiarli! Abbiamo eseguito tutti i passaggi insieme. E per fissare ancora di più questa bella esperienza ho pensato di creare insieme a lei l’arrivo della neve.
Di seguito vi spiego meglio la storia dei pop-corn che diventano fiocchi di candida (e gustosa) neve!


1. NUVOLE: per creare le nuvole cariche di neve io ho preso dei fiori di cotone veri dal fioraio ma va benissimo anche qualche batuffolo di cotone che avete in casa o dei piccoli pom-pom di lana bianchi.
2. FIOCCHI DI NEVE: ho acquistato i chicchi di mais per pop-corn al negozio bio. Una parte l’ho tenuta per fare il terreno e e con l’altra abbiamo cotto i pop-corn / fiocchi di neve.
3. PAESAGGIO: qualche rametto per rappresentare gli alberi spogli tipici del paesaggio invernale e le loro radici sotto terra, qualche grano di pepe rosa per i semi che riposano in attesa della primavera, due casette recuperate dagli addobbi di Natale e dai taglia biscotti e poi…sbizzarritevi voi con quello che avete in dispensa!
4. PUPAZZO DI NEVE: pop-corn piccoli, un pezzetto di carota per il naso, un lampone recuperato dal freezer di quelli che ho surgelato quest’estate, perfetto perché congelato! Un chicco di mais che non è scoppiato ma colorito per l’occhietto!

Versione salata classica:



Chicchi di mais biologici per pop-corn
Sale rosa
Un filo di olio evo (usato nella seconda versione che abbiamo provato)

Adesso vi spiego meglio!

Premetto che per fare questi pop-corn ho usato una pentola con il fondo spesso e ho la piastra a induzione.
Ho scaldato bene la pentola per poi abbassare il calore in modo che rimanesse calda ma non troppo e ho semplicemente versato i chicchi di masi in pentola, mescolandoli con Aurora finche non scoppiettassero!
In questo modo non si sono né bruciati, né seccati troppo.
Poi li abbiamo tolti dalla pentola, disposti su un vassoio e salati!
Sono venuti buonissimi!
In una seconda versione prima di scaldare la pentola ho messo un filo di olio extra vergine di oliva. Sono venuti ancora più buoni secondo me!
