MOBILITA’: mobilità sostenibile come modello ideale di un sistema di trasporti che riduce al minimo l’impatto ambientale e massimizza l’efficienza, l’intelligenza e la rapidità degli spostamenti (riducendo anche costi e tempi). Scegliere di approvvigionarsi accanto a casa, utilizzare mezzi pubblici, andare a piedi, in monopattino o in bicicletta riduce le emissioni di CO2. Anche acquistare prodotti km zero e con meno imballaggi in plastica contribuisce tantissimo a diminuire i bilici e i trasporti di grandi mezzi pesanti.

Onestamente credo che voler cambiare tutto e subito sia controproducente, quindi conviene iniziare a modificare delle piccole aree, tipo avere sempre una borsa in cotone per fare la spesa perchè quando devi comprare due cose non sono mai solo due, comprare frutta e verdura di stagione, se possibile fare la spesa sfusa, portare sempre una borraccia in borsa, comprare abiti quando necessario e se possibile di seconda mano, prima di buttare capire se si può aggiustare e/o riutilizzare… se si ha piacere il fai da te anche aiuta, ma sono tutte piccole cose che nel lungo termine portano a grandi risultati
