5 minuti per farli, 10 per cuocerli e 1 minuto mangiarli! Perfetti per la colazione o per la merenda, questi cookies vegani al cacao sono un must a casa nostra! Piacciono a tutti! Si conservano in un contenitore a chiusura ermetica per una settimana. Io li ho preparati con farina di farro ma potete anche usare riso integrale e grano saraceno o altra farina che preferite!
Cookies vegani al cacao

- 50 g nocciole tritate molto fini
- 180 g farina di farro semi-integrale
- 20 g di cacao amaro
- 70/80 g di acqua o bevanda vegetale a scelta
- un cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
- 40 g di cioccolato fondente
- 50 g di olio a scelta io di semi di girasole
- 80 g zucchero a velo
Procedimento
Mettete in una ciotola farine, lievito, zucchero a velo e cacao. Mescolate bene. Aggiungete bevanda vegetale o acque e olio e mescolate ancora. Impastate poi con le mani e quando ottenere un composto poco appiccicoso aggiungete il cioccolato tagliato a scaglie! Prendete con un porzionatore da gelato una parte di impasto, trasferiremo su una teglia con carta da forno e con le mani appiattite leggermente. Si cuociono in 10/15 minuti in forno caldo statico a 180 gradi!
