MELE AL FORNO INDIMENTICABILI

E’ iniziata la stagione delle mele, che io amo particolarmente!

Ma con l’autunno è arrivato anche il grande ritorno del forno, con la produzione di torte, biscotti, focacce, pizze e tortini salati.

Avete presente quei profumi familiari che sanno di casa, che invadono la cucina e si fissano nei nostri ricordi più belli per sempre?

 “Le mele al forno a modo mio” sono assolutamente in cima alla nostra top ten delle merende autunnali preferite più profumate e per questo, oltre che per la loro indiscussa bontà, sono state definite indimenticabili!

Ho dedicato loro un post specialissimo perché Aurora le adora!

Si siede al suo tavolino e se le mangia con il cucchiaino mentre io la guardo beata. Lei parlotta allegra mentre se le gusta, in tutta calma, boccone dopo boccone, finche non le finisce! Non so voi ma io amo preparare la merenda con la stessa cura che presto agli altri pasti della giornata. Mi da’ grande soddisfazione e sono sempre in cerca di nuove idee per variare le proposte dolci e salate!

Mele al forno indimenticabili.

Ci sono tante, tantissime versioni di questa ricetta autunnale, questa è la mia.

Come descriverla?

Facilissima & Buonissima!


  

Ingredienti:

Mele biologiche.

Va bene qualsiasi qualità ma le nostre preferite in questo caso sono le Golden Delicious perché risultano dolcissime e non necessitano di zucchero aggiuntivo ma scegliete le vostre mele preferite!

Mandorle con la buccia
Mirtilli rossi, more, datteri o uvetta essiccati
Cannella in polvere se vi piace

Procedimento:

Accendete il forno a 180 gradi statico.

Mettete la carta da forno su una teglia bassa.

Tritate due manciate di mandorle, mirtilli rossi e more o uvetta insieme.

Private 3/4 mele del torsolo (io non avendo il leva torsoli lo faccio con coltello e cucchiaino. Risultato rustico ma comunque ok)

Riempite con la granella di mandorle, mirtilli rossi e more la parte cava delle mele fino in cima.

IO ABBONDO!

Spolverizzate a piacere con la cannella in polvere.

Infornate almeno 40 minuti.

obviously like your website but you have to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very troublesome to tell the truth nevertheless I will definitely come back again.
